User Login: Your User Login number can be found on the label affixed to the inside of your MULTILIT Reading Tutor Program carry case. It is case-sensitive and please ensure there are no spaces in between characters.

Password: Your temporary password is the same as your User Login.

If you change your password, please ensure that the new password is recorded on the label in your carry case, and it is linked to the relevant email address which should also be recorded on this label.
